Where Do You Ship?: We ship to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. We only ship in the U.S.A.

What Shipping Company Do You Use?: We use Federal Express to ship our Christmas boxwood trees. We offer ground, home, and 2nd day shipping.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?: The cost for shipping is determined by your address at check-out. You see the cost for standard shipping options and 2nd day along with estimated delivery dates.

Can I Ship to Multiple Addressees?: Yes, the easiest way to ship to multiple addresses is to register for a customer account. You build an address book and at check-out ordering for multiple homes or business locations is simple. You can also put in single orders for each address. Either way, you’ll see the cost of shipping for each location at checkout.

When Will My Order Ship?: Our shipping calculator is based on how it takes us to create and ship your tree. In general you can expect us to ship your tree within 32 hours after your order.

How Do I Track My Order?: Our process looks like this. When you place an order your order is “Awaiting Confirmation”. When your order is “Confirmed” this means your tree or trees are being made. You will receive a photo of each tree in your order when they are ready to ship. When your order status changes to “Shipped” it means your order is picked-up by Federal Express and is on the way. You receive a tracking number by email once the order is shipped. We email you with each status change in your order.

How Is My Tree Packaged?: Our reputation is based on recipients’ being exceptionally happy when they take their tree out of the box. Each tree is carefully hand wrapped by a shipping specialist using our time-tested methods. The tree comes with a care tag.
